Its been 2 years of my corporate culture working under an (MNC) . I have come across the various techniques of sales and marketing .One which I emphasize on is the Branding & Promotion of company and its products during trade fairs.
Some key areas where companies can focus on is Branding and Promoting their Brand .
1. Take the Lead for the Sponsorship for the show : This is the simplest and easiest way to promote your brand through the Trade fair organizers to the mass media through ATL advertising activity. The cost comparison is high when compared to other means of Branding and Promotion .
2. Branding on Entry Passes and Lanyards : The most common thing which stays with a visitor during a trade fair is his entry pass . It give a image recognition to your brand and makes the visitor more Inquisitive towards the Brand and visiting the Booth.
3. Give away gifts at the registration booth or at the company booth : The make the visitor remember your brand offer give away gifts to the visitors. The give away should be small and unique so that they do not increase the burden of luggage carrying to the visitor .
4. Pass message through Audio/Visual : Pitch the message with one liners and let the visitor come and explore what the company is and what it has to offer . Also give preference to the Language being used as per the country other wise messages get Misunderstood sometimes .
